Faster, Better, More

Rejoyce, friends, for soon I will have faster internet at home. Our current set-up is mediocre at best and is really the limiting factor in my blog posting. Keith, having finally reached his breaking point, is getting us switched to a new provider on Friday and then (I hope) I'll be able to post a little faster. Right now it takes forever just to load one picture, so many times I sit down to post an entry but walk away irritated. I'm not sure what causes our current internet provider to be so slow, but I imagine it must be trying to send the picture pixel information via morse code using a tin can and a piece of string. Painfully slow.

Continuing on with random information-sharing, our boys are loving their new pre-school type daycare, and we adults are adjusting to the new schedule, albeit slowly. A few random things about the boys:

• Cole has one truck he loves at school and he runs to be sure to get it each morning. Lucky for him they're the first kids dropped off, imagine the scene if some other kid got the blue truck first!
• Grady is way smarter than me. Already. He puts himself in time out for offenses he knows he shouldn't have committed. Makes me question how effective time out is as a disciplinary method with that kid. Especially after I can't help but laugh when he, after hitting Cole, looked at me and said "Geddy now go time out! NO HIT!". And then marched to the time out chair and sit there for a minute.
• Cole still thinks he's a dog and greets me every day by licking my cheek.
• Grady still loves opening and closing doors. We thought that was a phase, but it's here to stay.
