Anyway, here is Amy as a baby. Cute!
I cannot wait for the shower. One, I love a party, and I love it even more when I am in control of it. WHOO, power! Second, I'll miss my boys but I'm excited to have a weekend away. Very.
I'm not leaving you without a little narrative, of course. There's another baby coming in the family. Not saying who....but it's not me, and it's not Karen...so...I'll let you figure it out.
Anyway, this unborn baby came to visit us and brought his older brother, Evan. The three banditos played in the backyard, throwing and kicking a ball. And just being silly in general.
And getting into dirty things, as boys are oft to do.
And then Cole remembered we had a frisbee and he got Dada to throw it.
And Evan said throw it here!
And Cole said no way, Wee Dude, you'll have to catch me.
Wook! Eeesa disp! (in ultimate frisbee, this is called a disk, so that's what our buddy Mike taught the boys to call the frisbee).
Cole gave up possession to go chase a bug, and the disk was thrown again. This time Wee Dude and Big Dude went running for it.
Little Dude watched on.
Big Dude by far did not win the footrace to the disk, but his presence was enough for Wee Dude to abandone his trophy and run back to the adults.
Grady says why run fast when you can get someone else to get the disk for you and then bring it to you?
Evan said what disk? I didn't want to play with a disk anyway. Ooh, is this dirt?
