Games with the Grands

I'm on a roll with my posts, so let's keep the ball rolling. No telling when my motivation to post will plummet.

Mid August we had a quick visit from the Grands, GG and Grampie, who are always willing to play some games. We've come a long way in our game playing ability. Fits are minimal and we can almost play this particular game with the proper rules.

Obi got into the game playing spirit and had a good time with the balloons scattered about. Why there were balloons scattered about I cannot even remember.
I was lucky to marry into a family that didn't blink twice when I said "I have to collect some frogs to take to school tomorrow", but instead just headed out and gathered up critters. Here is GG and the boys, stalking some young frogs.
Obi was out there too, but on a leash. He hasn't earned off-leash priveledges yet. Check out our biotic and abiotic factors on the container!
Man I love this dog. We are still bonding, and I miss our other two terribly, but this guy is quickly working a way into our hearsts.
Check out the snail on the shell. Neat. That snail is still loose in my classroom, presumed to be dead.
Thanks GG and Grampie! For the visit and for gathering materials. My students loved the lab.
