Yeah, yeah, I've been busy.

The title of this blog is in response to you people who keep demanding a new blog entry. I have twin infants at home you know, can't be entertaining all the time. You should probably try to get out a little more...I'm just saying...just a suggestion.

Ok, back to me. Last Monday we had a great Memorial Day get-together with the Kellers. I would attempt to explain the family connection, but I am not all that sure of it, and when I tried to get Keith to explain it he confused me even more. Any conversation that starts with, "well, let me think for a minute..." is bound to end up confusing me, so I cut him off pretty quickly. I'll get Gran GG to explain it when she visits next weekend. So for now...the Kellers are family in some way, don't ask how.

Anywho, the Kellers, besides being family, will also be watching the boys a few days this summer during what we are calling Camp Keller. Who mans Camp Keller? Some of the cutest kids! Here is Amanda, with Cole:
And here is her younger brother Adam, chatting up Grady. I don't have a picture of a smiling Amanda holding Grady; he spit up on her a few minutes into being held, and understandably she is a little gunshy with him now.

We had a great time at their house, and better yet, the boys were exhausted when we got home and slept!

During the drive home I thought back to the day we learned that we were having two boys. I was a little disappointed at first that we wouldn't have at least one girl-there were certainly fun things I knew I would miss out on-cute outfit shopping, painting nails (though this seems to appeal to some boys until they're older, and I"m OK with that), and later, bossing my daughter around as we plan her wedding. When I shared my thoughts with Keith, he pointed our one major rite of passage we are dodging by not having a girl - dating! Good luck keeping the boys away from Amanda in a few years, Bill and Suzanne! ;-)
