No fewer than half of you has asked to see pics of the beds. So, here you go, you three. I don't have pretty pictures of the beds made up yet, because...well, Nana will tell you I'm not much of a bed-maker. I will one day be very good at teaching the boys how to make their own so I can continue to avoid bed-making, but for now we're only focusing on sleeping in the beds. Making them neat is the next step.
To satisfy you, here are a few random pics of the boys playing on the beds. The color that I've mentioned loving just doesn't look quite right here, but that's how it goes with pictures. First, lets have a moment of silence for the wonderful holding pens that used to contain them for sleeping purposes. And yes, Cole slept with those two trucks next to him.
And here we are, playing on the new beds.
The headboards have a "self" on it for putting things! WHOOOOOO.
The bed is "sunny". (funny). Yeah, I don't understand that one either. Everything is "sunny" to this kid.
We read on the beds. Here he's reading this book. Quite advanced for his age, no? I hope he explains it to me later, I've yet to get a chance to read it myself.
And in general, we're just merry on our big blue beds.
More on this later, for they're both yelling for "Tooodie" to come help them with the potty. Thanks to Keith for teaching them my name.
