From my brain to yours

Sometimes I work out at the gym at my work. It's a really, really nice gym, and feels good to get in a workout and a shower before getting to work. Yesterday, though, I worked out, then showered and proceeded to get dressed, only to realize that I forgot my work pants. sweater? Got it. Unmentionables? Yes. Pants? No. To make matters worse/funnier, I had to conduct a training right after my workout, and there was no time to go home to remedy the situation. So, I did the training. From the waist up, professional educator. From the waist down, amateur jogger.

Keith made the best, best burgers the other night. Lamb/beef/blue cheese burgers. OH GAWD, there were good.
When I get home I grab the stroller and walk to pick up the boys. I got a good chuckle the other day when I pulled the stroller out of its spot in the porch corner to find these stashed.
Work has been a little intense, and I've spent every possible minute squeezing in some work here or there. I've definitely not been putting away the cleaned and folded laundry, as you can see on the dining room table in the background. One afternoon the boys got their laptops, I got mine, and we "pwayed" together.
And wouldn't you know, it's so much more fun to push the buttons on mom's 'puter.
Outside the weather is chilly again, but things are blooming! That forsythia bush sure makes me happy when I turn into our driveway.
OOOH. I don't want to brag or anything, but I really am a trendsetter. Remember Henry?  Of course you do, he's cute and lovable. But also not everyone's style, and that's OK, we like being different.

Well, imagine my surprise when I peruse the new issue of Coastal Living, courtesy of GG. I'm flipping through the pages, coveting the pretty homes.
And then. There he is. My Henry. In some chick's house. She has a Henry, too, though she possibly calls it something else. Or maybe she doesn't name hers, but that seems wrong. A special thanks to Keith for leaving one sock on the buffet to add to my picture. And to the boys for leaving their 'struction hats.

Coastal Living, if you need me to scout out for other cool things to feature in the magazine, call me! I even have two assistants.

There. That's all I've got for now.
