A birthday for me

And boy, have I been spoiled. We had a baby-free weekend full of surprises for me, great food, good company and sleeping in. How could I not be happy with that? On top of that, add in lots of attention and birthday songs from my other two boys and that makes me very, very happy.

So here are some pics. Presents, a new haircut (we'll pretend that my stylist didn't point out that I have several gray hairs) and a pic of us.

Next, dinner where we ate way too much, but loved it, a selfie, then a picture someone took of us when they saw us doing a pitiful selfie. We were probably shaking the camera so much because our bellies were stuffed and we were near food-induced coma.

And as if all that food wasn't enough, here we go for round two: desserts! I LOOOOOOOVE this place. I want this to be my kitchen.

Next day had some N. Georgia wineries in store. And an early bedtime. Both excellent. Not sure which is more-so excellent.

Well -rested we got the boys back after a hard weekend of doing work on Nana's computer.

I slaved away to cook for the menfolk once we got home.

And while I slaved K summoned courage to get help putting new furniture pieces together.

And finally, some cupcake decorating ...and some assistance with both the opening of presents and blowing of candles...

A great, great birthday, even when it came with gray hairs.
